SLOTH (laziness)-God didn't put us here to be idle creatures. We were created to praise His name and spread the word.
GREED-Why is it that we always want more, and more, and more and more of certain things, yet we're so hesitant to give?
ANGER-How can someone make you so angry, so fast? God tells us to love each other as He loves us, and to not be so quick to get angry. Ask Him to deal with your anger.
LUST-Stop being so loose. For real. Lust is not love, you should know that, and if you don't, you're loose.
ENVY-We were each created differently for a specific reason, love the person that God made you to be. Don't worry about what others do, have, or what they look like.
PRIDE-Just me, myself, and I.......father, son, and the holy spirit.
GLUTTONY-63% of American adults in 2009 were either overweight or obese. Too much of anything is unhealthy for you.
SEVEN HEAVENLY VIRTUES, the world as it should be......
FAITH-belief in the right things. That excludes anything associated with the seven deadly sins.
HOPE-taking a positive future view, that good will prevail. Don't be so negative all the time.
CHARITY-concern for, and active helping of, others. We're supposed to love and help one another.
FORTITUDE-never giving up. If we always gave up when situations got tough, where would we end up?
JUSTICE-being fair and equitable with others. Treat others the way you would want to be treated, we're all God's creations.
PRUDENCE-care of and moderation with money. You will either end up in debt or in trouble with the law if you continue to spend money frivolously.
TEMPERANCE-moderation of needed things and abstinence from things which are not needed. The opposite of greed. If you have everything you need, why want more?

Relationships...."To Be In Love"
The topic of relationships is so extrememly broad, because many people are just in love with the idea of love that they would accept to be in a relationship before they even know if they're supposed to be with this person or not. Then, you have some that are so blindly in lust that they settle for the ones that don't want a serious relationship; allowing themselves to be the "snack", something to tie you over before a meal, or the "main", (which is not the main because main means "only one"), in terms of a "main", "side-piece", & "friend w/benefits" type relationship. What is that? Why would you rather let your emotions and vulnerability set your own self up to fall into a trap? And when you believe that there is no true love, you can't blame anyone else for that but yourself. Another major thing that some may not recognize is how dangerous it is to jump from one relationship and get into another one. This "on to the next one" mentality isn't helping you grow and deal with your internal issues, nor can it help you to see what kind of relationship you need to be in. You once again let your vulnerability make you go from one man or woman to the next man or woman that shows you attention or says the right things. You let their constant mistakes, flaws, unnecessary arguments, and even "side-pieces" slide (allowing them to commit adultery) because you believe the sweet things they say, and the sex is amazing. Really? BREAK THE CYCLE!
If you do not have a relationship with GOD, you cannot love anybody. Period. It doesn't matter what your mind is saying, you have to truly love and KNOW GOD before you can love a person. They say you have to love yourself before you can love someone else, but without acknowledging and loving the spirit of GOD that's in you, not only can you not know yourself, but you won't be able to appropriately love yourself or truly see the person in front of you. You can honestly tell when someone is deceiving you, you just choose to ignore it because of everything else that's going on; and if you can't see when someone is deceiving you, then you're not truly in touch with the spirit of God that's in you.
Can you tell the difference between love and lust? Many often confuse the two. Some believe that how a person interacts with you during a sex session determines if this person truly loves you. It's deception to believe that you finally found the one just because ya'll can "make love", instead of "just have sex". Sex is sex, so just call it sex. The term "make love" deceives you into believing that YOU can make your own love through a sexual act, and not to purely receive the true love GOD wants to give you. Check the definitions of sex and love, they are not the same. It doesn't matter if you do it slow or fast, gentle or rough, wild or calm. Premarital sex is a connection of spirits that's not in line with GOD. One will over power the other, or both will be confused and lost, allowing two to become one with no true purpose. That is why people turn into "love"-struck fools after they've had sex. Many people know this and claim to fall in love before they have sex. If you were truly in love, why did the relationship issues come after the sex?
I Corinthians 13:4-8 states that LOVE is patient, kind, it does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud, it is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. It does not delight in evil, but rejoices in truth. It always protects, it always hopes, it always trusts, it always perseveres. Love never fails. This is how we behave with one another when we're truly in love. There is no falling out of love.
Please understand life isn't easy, no matter what you do to try to make it easy for you. There are things this world says is ok, but in your GODs eyes, they are not. As we've stated in the previous post, if society does not follow the bible, then why follow society? Jesus gave his life for our sins, allowing every one of us to be aware of the enemy's deception, not for you to let the enemy confuse you and trap you the way he has trapped others.
True Love (Poem)
How can I say I love her more than GOD, when GOD gave me breath,
how can I say I love this man, to be in love with the fasade of if he leaves I'll have nothing left,
to actually believe he/she controls my breathing, to allow this emotion to determine whether I rest,
how can I sleep without him, how can I live without her, the uncertainty of this so called love to determine how my day goes, my heart weighing on her/his every word,
Lord knows I care, but to say that this love is rare is naive and misleading,
If I let GOD guide me, I'll never hear those words from her lips "I'm leaving",
I'll never hear Him say I'm not coming back, GOD will tell me no lies, he is all fact,
So yes i do like her but love Him, yes i do like him but am in love with my GOD,
and if she loves Him and likes me, we can grow together
she comforts me like a cool breeze on GOD's most nice day,
because He loves me, He allows this man to take my breath away,
only to rejoice in my happines because i'm faithful to Him,
and he/she is my blessing,
and to look into his/her eyes and tell him/her how i feel without saying a word, that is a connection
a strong root from an unbreakable foundation
the reason for my hesitation
this has to be right, be patient, don't be afraid,
"when i show her/him to you, love her/him as you love me", i will
"when he/she says trust me, do so because you will see me through your loved one, i will outstrecth my hand, all of this because you came to me and wanted to understand true love,
becuase you love me faithfully, i have given you a companion so you can both love me through each other because i dwell in both of you, a perfect pure love
because only I, Jesus, is perfect and my father sent me to love and save you,
that you may love each other and find me, and know a true and complete love"

For Life Is Great, & Heaven Tomorrow Shall Call Humble Obedience Over all Life
FLIGHTSCHOOL, the title of this blog, is more than just an acronym. It symbolizes the way of life that we try to practice. Let me break it down....basically, we're a product of our surroundings. If we're surrounded by negativity, it could transform us into negative people. Some say "be a leader, not a follower", but in order for you to know how to lead, you must be able to follow first. The question is, who are we following? There is only one true leader, and that is Jesus Christ. Be careful because society is very deceiving. If society does not agree with the bible, then why follow society? Some say "I don't listen to society, I follow my own mind", but we don't even realize how society can get into our minds. For instance, who controls your mind? If God does not control your mind, then society does. We learn how to read, write, and think from our school system. In some colleges, there are Critical Thinking courses that tell us how to decide which information is true from what is false, they claim to teach us when and how to ask the right questions, and come to the right conclusion depending on what they taught us. In order to make it in the corporate world, they train us to be like them. If we do not look like them, cannot speak like them, and don't even think like them, then they reject us. THIS IS NOT TO SAY DO NOT GET YOUR EDUCATION, but more like educate yourself in the word of GOD, so that your mind can recognize good from evil, and not fall into that trap but know the truth. There's nothing wrong with getting money, but don't idolize money. Give freely. Money shouldn't be our top priority. Our top priority should be to motivate each other, not to encourage wrong but to live right........
FLIGHTSCHOOL (Poem)
We on a mission to change the tradition of mind/ the world's only focus is money, sex, and truth is hard to find/ our little girls led to believe their body shape is what makes them/ their self esteem stemming from how fast the boy takes them/ young men conditioned not to respect women or anything else/ raised not to protect family but to look out for self/ the t.v. and the media are raising our children/ at the same time making this world a dangerous place to live in/ instead of spreading a positive message, they spread one of destruction/ while our childrens minds and souls become victims of abduction/ the shows they watch, the books they read, the music they listen to, and what they learn in school, they have become tools of the takeover/ the vessels of the world evil makeover/ we have stepped aside and provided a passageway, literally giving our kids away/ instead of learning about faith, they learn how to get cake/ instead of teaching them about GOD, we buy them a touch ipod/ the values that lead us to the kingdom of GOD have been lost in translation/ the values that lead us to the land of the damned have become a new sensation/ only we can save us, with GOD's helping hand/ only the wakenings of our minds can deliver us from the enemy's evil hand. Welcome to FLIGHTSCHOOL, thanks for having us.
